Water resources evaluation

This report represents the results of an investigation conducted to assess the quantities and locations of water resources present in the Thousand Springs Basin, in Northeastern Nevada, and to evaluate the environmental effects associated with various development alternatives that might be implemented to make some of those water resources available for the proposed Thousand Springs Power Plant--Executive Summary.
