In a bizarre future world in which appliances talk back and cities are divided into zones based on musical tastes, a dream designer and surfer wakens to discover that his house has been stolen, he has become the target of a determined encyclopedia saleswoman, and he is being pursued by four crazed bikers called War, Famine, Pestilence, and Jeff.
