Constantin I. Balmuş

Balmus a fost presedinte al comisiei interimare care a condus biblioteca in perioada februarie-decembrie 1948 Paper from the series: Biobibliographies of B.C.U. "Carol I" from Bucharest. Balmus was chairman of the interim commission that headed the library from February to December 1948.
