At the edge of the forest

One winter day, at the edge of the forest, a boy watches a coyote and is captivated. But then a lamb goes missing and Dad says he must kill the coyote. Can the boy do anything to change his mind? Eventually Dad doesn't shoot the coyote and instead decides to get a dog to keep the coyote away.
