This population atlas of the Netherlands portrays the radical demographic changes that have taken place in the Netherlands in the last 150 years, highlighting the main trends in population size, population density and changes theirin as well as regional differences in the various components of population growth: birth, death and internal and international migration. The atlas contains 64 maps and a whole host of graphs, tables and photographs showing population trends in the Netherlands from 1850 until the present day.
