Sometimes fate speaks in whispers, and sometimes it sends a ghost dog... Pennsylvania State Trooper Jerry McNeal has always trusted his instincts. A strange feeling here. A nagging tug there. He doesn’t know where it comes from, only that lives tend to be saved when he listens. During one of the worst snowstorms of the year, that feeling strikes again. A deep unease. A pull he can’t explain. And this time, it comes with a companion: the ghost of a K-9 police dog, long dead but not done serving. Something or someone is in danger. Jerry doesn’t know who.
