Texts resulted from 2016 conference of scholars and Mexican consular professionals who gathered in San Diego to discuss diplomacy and consular practice in US. Recognizing serious difficulties on topics such as trade and migration, authors discuss possible alliances to be forged on both sides of the border to confront or mitigate negative impacts.
