Losing My Religion

For much of its history Australia has been considered a ̀Christian' nation. But is it? With more than a quarter of the population without a declared religion and falling participation rates, Australia appears to be among the world's most godless nations. Science has challenged theological interpretations of the natural world, rationalists welcome the apparent decline of religious belief, and secularists advocate banning all government support for religious groups.
