As they see you

On the occasion of his sixtieth birthday this collection of letters was published at the W.H.O. Center, Nashville. Seventy letters from twenty different countries, including the United States, Canada, Sweden, England, Ireland, West Germany, Japan, Israel, Mexico, India, Iran (UN), Czechoslovakia, Chile, Scotland, Switzerland,Estonia, USSR, Mauritius, and Nigeria. These letters include one from President and Mrs Carter; President Ronald Reagan from the White House; via Ms Norma Blankenship copy of the Congressional Record, Volume 133, No 2 in which note of Professor Day's work is acknowledged. The occasion was Chaired by Mr D. M. Maillie, President of the United Nations Association of Nashville. The Key to the City of Nashville was presented to Professor Day by Mayor Bill Boner through his Assistant Mr Steven Barefield.
