1963. The CIA's ace agent, Blackford Oakes, has just been brought in on a deadly caper in Castro's Cuba - Operation Mongoose. Its Object: Castro's assassination. Unknowingly, Oakes is the Agency's pawn in a deadly game of international tit for tat.
