This book focuses on immune and inflammatory processes that are more specifically and and directly associated with cardiac pathological conditions such as: Ischemia; reperfusion injury; heart failure; and cardiac remodeling. These elements have been presented in various perspectives that address the continuum of the inflammatory reaction to all stages of cardiac pathology.
