Foundations of Nishnaabemowin1999

This CD-ROM and manual is intended to introduce post-secondary learners to Nishnaabemowin. It has been designed in such a way that learners may use it for independent (home) study or classroom instructors may use it as an added resource for their students. This manual is a support tool for the CD-ROM only. The CD-ROM includes some facts about the Ojibwe culture, an introductory lesson followed by twelve interactive lessons which include audio and interactive activities. The learner will be able to see and hear the Ojibwe language throughout. No prior knowledge of Ojibwe is required.
