Giuseppe Mengoni, 1829-1877

Monography on life and works of the Galleria Vittorio E. II's architect in Milan, San Lorenzo Market in Florence, Cassa di Risparmio and private palaces in Bologna. First and most celebrated work (1863-77) is studied in depth using drawings and documents of first end conserved in Fontanelice, his motherland, near Bologna.
