Dylan is not looking for love. When his family and he are forced to move into a seedy trailer park after they lose their home to foreclosure; he has to start life over in a new town and school. It's not long before a promiscuous boy picks him to be his new best friend. They are totally different people, but when he meets Cody, a sweet southern boy from Waco Texas. His BFF DJ gets jealous; DJ finds himself harboring feelings for Dylan. But, when DJ finally decides to reveal his affection the night before his Dad and he is scheduled to move away; Dylan is left thinking of what could have been.
