Sins of the Father

Jess has been on the trail of his father, Eddie Sloan, for two years, but his father has always been one step ahead of him. When Jess finally gets him in his sights, he is detoured once again by a call for help. Marshal Frank Reedy is locked up in jail in Timber, Texas and Sheriff Mark Steele is near death from an ambush. Jess heads to Timber and into a bloody range war between two cattle barons. Rance Madden and his hired killers have no idea of trouble that is heading their way. Jess arrives and Madden's men start dying one by one and he begins to feel the grip of death at his throat - and Jess is slowly tightening the noose.
