This book is an abridgment of Wilson's longer "Treatise on Punctuation." It is designed to be a ready reference to questions about how to use various punctuation marks and when to use capital letters. For each mark, rules are prescribed and examples given. There are frequent explanatory notes and discussions about the application of rules and exceptions to the rules.
