Contains data on estimated concentration levels for 148 hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). Estimates were developed through a national modeling study, the Assessment System for Population Exposure Nationwide, or ASPEN. Results were based on 1990 emissions information on the average concentrations of HAPs in outdoor air for each census tract in the continental United States.
