This text collects nine reflections on the concept of symbolic reparation, discusses from the law the functions and relationships of art and culture in the processes that have been carried out in different judicial courts; Inter-American Court of Human Rights, International Criminal Court and other national Courts. As well as the interrelation with the production of works and symbols generated by the victims, the artists and the States Responsible for the human rights violations. It is a work led by the Group of Cultural Rights; Law, Art and Culture of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Externado de Colombia University. This is the second part of the Estudios sobre Reparaci.
