Order On order of the Court, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decisions in Rosas v Damore, 171 Mich App 563 (1988), and Saavedra v Ghannan, 183 Mich App 234 (1989), and the application for leave to appeal is considered. Leave to appeal is GRANTED. The motion to file a brief amicus curiae is also considered, and it is GRANTED.
