Mortality atlas, Australia, 1997 to 2000

A useful reference for users in interpreting causes of death in Australia. Through the use of maps and commentary this publication presents standardised death rates for statistical divisions and statistical subdivisions in Australia for the period 1997 to 2000. Underlying and multiple causes of death are presented for the top 10 and other topical causes of death. Data presented uses the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD10) and the Australian Standard Geographic Classification (ASGC).
