Sunburst

An accident at a nuclear plant results in certain categories of children being gifted (or cursed) with mental powers of telepathy and telekinesis; most of the children so affected would according to the author have been destined to be juvenile delinquents if normal. The characters struggle with theories of juvenile delinquency.
