For twelve years, Diane Taylor sailed the coasts of North America, the Caribbean and the Great Lakes. Her special interest was galley design and the intriguing art of healthy meals and cooking well on the bounding main. A widely published sailing journalist, Taylor is now (2014) writing an updated version of this book.
