The author gives deep insights in methodology and real organizational planning using a special kind of petri nets. In part one of the book, a brought framework of organizational methodology focusing on the way how to create models as a mirror of reality to optimize organizational structures and processes is given. In the second part, petri nets and the way of modeling are put together to a new framework for planning efficient organizations. Last but not least, there are embedded concrete, executable petri net models running on a petri net software module.
