Government's consideration of the final determinations made by the Human Rights Commission in its report entitled Report to the Minister of Justice pursuant to Section 5(1) (k) of the Human Rights Act 1993 : Consistency 2000 in respect of the Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Department of Labour, Ministry for Culture and Heritage, Ministry of Research, Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Defence.
