CMMN CLD2017

For the 57th Venice Biennale, Kirstine Roepstorff's influenza exhibition proposed a manifesto for personal empowerment and social change, exploring a concept of spiritual "darkness" as cure for the "pandemic" of the 21st century condition. 'CMMN CLD' documents the ontogenesis of Roepstorff's epic project, retracing the evolution of her holistic practice and philosophy through collages, paintings and sculptures that intone the resonance of history and endurance of the human condition.
