What kind of young woman grows up to be a romance writer? Perhaps one who has spent a lifetime obsessed with love and romance! From the age of twelve, Gwynn Morgan went through the normal multitude of teenage crushes, puppy love and gradually grew into more mature attachments. What was perhaps less typical was the fact she recorded all of them in the form of verses, about her feelings and the objects of her affections. Gwynn refers to this collection as her autobiography in verse and in many ways it is, at least in terms of the amorous adventures and the angst and delight that each brought into her life.
