The substance of a speech delivered by James Wilson, Esq
Know all men by these presents, that whereas a grant hath issued to me [blank] from the Land Office of Pennsylvania, for a tract of land, surveyed or to be surveyed for my use in pursuance of a warrant no. [blank] and bearing the date the [blank] 179[ ] for [blank] acres of land within the last purchase made of the Indians east of the Allegany River and Conewango Creek. ... I the said [blank] for the consideration of five shillings ... paid by [blank] ... have granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and sell ...
