Biography
Brian Griffiths, Baron Griffiths of Fforestfach (born 27 December 1941), is a British economist, lecturer, and Conservative life peer. He has written and lectured extensively on economic issues and the relationship of the Christian faith to politics and business and has published various books on monetary policy and Christian ethics. Lord Griffiths served in various organizations in executive senior positions, such as Goldman Sachs International, Bank of England from 1983 to 1985. He formerly served as professor of Banking and International Finance at the City University and was its Dean from 1982 to 1985.
