Biography
Dr. Linden R. Brown is coauthor with Dr. Chris L. Brown of the award winning book *The Customer Culture Imperative: A Leader’s Guide to Driving Superior Performance*. Dr. Brown is Visiting Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management, Australian Business School, University of NSW, Sydney, Australia, and Chairman of MarketCulture Strategies, which was founded to help those organizations that truly want to grow by putting their customers first. He has published 14 books on management, marketing and strategy.
