Biography
Dr David E Williams holds a DPhil from Oxford University in Politics (British government). He has been a journalist, worked in banking and financial services, and taught and lectured in universities around the world. This is his seventh book. He now divides his life between Cardiff Bay and Bordeaux.-Amazon
